where the heck am I in final fantasy 8 disc 3?

Question

I am stuck on disk 3 on ff8. i am piloting Ragnarok with Selphie, Zell, Rinoa, Quiestis, and Squall. In another room laguna, ward and kiros are looking at the window, Laguna says to Squall I havea lot to explain to you. if Squall goes to Quiestis, she says " Raijin and Fujin.. Next up is Seifer, isnt it?" where do i go from here? Did I already deal with Raijin?
ps I played ff8 ages ago i found this in my memory chip PLEASE help! btw i got doomtrain..so that tells me I already dealt with Esthar.

i got all GFs except the Ultima or whatever her name is .. and i got Gilgamesh! he rules! I figured it out.. i was supposed to find Seifer ... I went to the wrong Lunar Pandera

before you get to the castle, you need to kill Seifer after that you get into time warp and transported to the castle.. i amm already half way through the castle.

wow, a classic. I don't really remember that part of the game anymore. Maybe your supposed to go to one of the Gardens now?

the sport is truthfully long and decrease back then they didnt have CDs with lots area.. FF8 has like 4.. you prefer all 3 by way of fact the sport is chop up into those CDs and that i think of you wanna complete the full sport XD and if somebody tries to sell purely one on ebay or so do no longer purchase it..

O_O i never got doomtrain but i did get molested by the final boss that's the only time you actually use ALL your characters though... once they fall she erases them from the fight slowly killing your party to nothing oh and to make things fun! you can't use anything but attack unless you kill the guardians of the castle to get back your skills you get to choose 1 every guardian slain and their very tough (god i hate my life in there)
