I've gotten some direction in this area by visiting a career counselor and by taking the Myers-Briggs Inventory.
You may need a source of income right away, but you're longer term problem is finding the right people and area to work in. Otherwise you find yourself hopping from one place to the next and often very unhappy and even unhealthy.

good with numbers it will be a career in using numbers. Accounting is your cup, do stop at several tax preparers in the community. and get some scoop on people. Your number is always up.
