If what you mean is "can you talk away your problems", I would say YES. No all problems require solutions. There are some problematic things that will seemingly disappear just by talking about it. It's called venting or simply airing out whatever is bothering you deep inside. Once these things are out in the open, voila! no more problems! In actuality, the problem never really went away but your frame of mind was transformed from a chaotic state to an orderly state. Hence, what was previously thought of as a problem doesn't exist anymore in your mind - now clearer, fresher.

You can ask yourself questions which make you rethink your problems and find solutions. But asking alone is never enough, sooner or later you must have an answer, and the answer must lead to action. Otherwise you end up with your original problems plus confusion and a headache.
