I think its the person using the gun,pencil,driving the car and holding the spoon. Objects can't do any harm until they are picked up by a person. They they can be deadly.

Once again, as already stated, people kill people, guns just help them do the job, But just think, even if guns didn't exist people would find other ways to kill other people.

I totally agree! I believe that real gun control is knowing how and when to use one...the gun doesn't kill if in the hands on an intelligent handler....thanks for the chance to speak my mind : )
