I read somewhere that it was rumored that Michael Jackson would be participating on American Idol this season. I would expect a lot of advertising if this was coming up on the show. Anyone else heard this or know if it may be a possibility??

He has been on the top for years so I think he already is an American idol even after what has happened To alto of people he is still #1 He is very talented in music he can make money He knows the business part he has it down pat To be on top for OH About 40+ yrs I think he has earned the title genius in the music industry Could you do what he has done in the music industry? I will keep my opinion to my self He has been performing since he was 5yrs old

No, the Randy Jackson from American Idol isn't Michael's brother. Michael does have a brother named Randy (start call: Steven Randall Jackson), inspite of the incontrovertible fact that it is not a similar person using fact the guy from AI.

I would tend to doubt it. They don't need Michael Jackson, they've already had the original -- Diana Ross. Why settle for the drag queen version?

Seriously doubt it. MJ still has a bad rap here in the states. The male contestants are too old for his tastes anyway.
