A true friend is someone who doesn't judge you, they accept you for who you are, as they say, warts and all. They will not try to change you in any way. They will understand you when you are down and listen, even if they don't agree. They will go out of their way to be there for you in the good and the bad. A true friend is just that, they are true to you and to the friendship.

a true friend should support you through life's ups and downs. a true friend can keep a secret and is one who you can 100% trust to share personal problems/feelings. a true friend would remember you without you having to remind them. also would defend you when you need help the most. it's difficult to true friend, because it is a two-way working on that relationship... just like what marriage should be--a best friend and companion for life :) similar...

Someone who stands with u thru the good times and the bad. Someone u can lean on for moral support when u r faced with a challenge. Someone u trust with ur life and ur secrets, who will defend u when ur enemies put u down. Someone who offers their help without being asked and brightens ur day just by being near.
