KITT was way better than the General Lee. KITT could talk, compute stuff, drive by himself. Who wouldn't want a car, where if there was no parking, you could get out and have the car come back for you??? I would love it. KITT had Turbo Speed and everything. Plus, it was just one HOT car!!!
BTW-It was NOT Erin Gray on "Knight Rider." The women on Knight Rider were:
Patricia McPherson ---Bonnie Barstow (49 episodes, 1982-1986)
Rebecca Holden --- April Curtis (17 episodes, 1983-1984)

Kitt.... by far. The General Lee was just a plain fast car. Kitt could do everything. And was it was faster too. Although Daisy Duke was hotter than the chick on Knight Rider (Erin Gray?)
