I know a friend who finds herself drawn to people who are not what they seem to me on the outside. As for me, I find myself drawn to people who are very strong. Even if they have been through a lot, they would it keep somewhere deep inside and remain strong and loving for the people around them. I think there is a moving sort of dignity about these people.

I don't drink.

People who are passionate in their life! People who have a zest for life and receive pleasure from being part of a productive endeavor. One that will serve many! Even by the action of ONE person being seen and then observers are moved to emulate in much the same way. People who celebrate every persons contribution as a unit! People that self achievement does not over ride the experience of many joined in an effort together. Also- people who enjoy sharing the joy of someones success at overcoming a negative time in their life and turning their life around for the good! Or creating something that brings happiness to others, that in turn returns the joy to them! We are all on a journey, we all can stumble, we need to help each other and applaud each other and warn each other as well.

I'm drawn toward people with extreme senses of humor. Unfortunately, I'm often serious and these people seem to never stop with the humor.. it grows tiresome after a while.

I'm lucky enough to have lived during the 70's, 80's 90's and today. I've seen it all. I'm young enough...and old enough to answer this question.
My answer is: I've never met anyone that didn't have Something to offer. Everyone has a story. I make the time to hear it.
