Don't worry about sit-ups.

Jog for 20-30 minutes a day and reduce your caloric intake to 2,000 calories a day.

It may take 2 weeks before you start seeing initial results. But once they start, they don't stop until you do.

Don't try any drugs or any stupid **** like that.

Lift weights, do squats, and the like. Try to eat a healthy, balanced diet and get 30 minutes of cardio a day.

You could also just learn to accept and love your body, flaws and all.

this might work i seen them talk about it in the news but i don't know any one that's used it. here's a paragraph, just search that drug name------

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) today approved orlistat capsules as an over-the-counter (OTC) weight loss aid for overweight adults. Orlistat was initially approved in 1999 as a prescription drug to treat obesity, and remains a prescription drug for obesity at a higher dose than the OTC version. OTC orlistat will be manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline under the name Alli and is indicated for use in adults ages 18 years and older along with a reduced-calorie, low-fat diet, and exercise program.

my friend used to take ephedra for weight lifting and to burn fat but i think its illegal now or hard to find, i tried it once, just made me hyper.
