First off be sure to breath deeply and slowly. Take time each night before you go to sleep to visualize a smooth interview in which you are confident, and don't freeze up.

Why should we hire you? Tell them how you brought a great benefit to your last company, describe your creative abilities, or how much people relied on you. Then say you want to do the same thing for DuPont.

What sets you apart from the competition? Be honest, how can you set yourself apart, without knowing who the competition is? Ask them to tell you about the competition.

What three adjectives best describe you? Call your mom and your two closest freinds, they will give you the three words to use.

Why do you want to work for our company? Make a list of the reasons you want to work for this company, commit them to memory.

What kind of management style do you prefer? Most people prefer an open door, and not to formalized communication, and a healthy dose of mentorship. you're probably that way too, so say that.

What kind of a work environment are you looking for? Tonight when you are visualizing your interview, imagine driving to work and what it feels like an what the coworkers are like. Write down three adjectives about that, and commit them to memory. Make sure you know the definitions of those words so you can elaborate. Do you want an environment that is professional? Freindly? Metrixed? Open Door? Fun? Engaging?

Describe a situation where you made a positive impact on business performance. In your past, write down two or three problems you encountered, the action you implemented and the results of the action. How the result benefited the busines using Percentages or Dollars saved or whatever. Commit those stories to memory as well.

Describe a situation in which your work was criticized and how you handled it. Same answer as above.

Describe a work situation when you overcame a difficult challenge. Same answer as above.

Good Luck!

You need to sit down with a pad and pen and answer these for yourself.......really.....
When you go on this interview you have to expect these type questions and need to be able to answer quickly, confidently and honestly. Answer them yourself. Remember, you are on an interview, .....if you are prepared and confident, you will be on a "dual interview".
You will have all of the answers and you will be interviewing them right back to make sure they are the right fit for your experience and expertise.
These questions are easy. You know yourself best.....tell them about YOU!!!
Then ask the interviewer, "with what I have told you about me, where/how do you see me helping your company grow/expand...because I am willing to offer my experiences and would enjoy the challenge/would love to be a part of the future/new project/ what ever.........etc"

If you are going into a job interview with a company like Dupont and you are worried about simple questions about yourself, you should write them down and they should be second nature in conversation. In an interview you are selling yourself.....no one in the world knows you better than you.
