Yes, usually. They'd be covering their ears and jogging away if it was bad.

Means you're damn good. Like a chick that turns heads, she's a looker, she's so gorgeous everybody notices her, turns their head to get a second look. It's an old expression. Something that makes you take notice is a head-turning. If that's happening to you, you're on your way to bigger and better things. Good luck!

usually that means your doing something great,.keep it up,..just keep practicing,.because to my knowledge, that means your doing good,.but if they are turning their heads with no emotions at all,...just keep practicing
