Talk to one of the school authorities, possibly bring in a small recording device to catch him saying these things to you so he can't cop out with a "Pssh, I'd never say that stuff to him" excuse.
What he's doing is sexual harassment, and there's hefty consequences for that kind of behavior.

who is the one who brought the XS condom, him?? if u have not made any sexual advances towards him or shown him the comments are wanted, tell him you are not interested and to pelase stop talking sexual to you. if he does nto stop, go to the school and let them know he is in violation of their sexual harassment poilcy and u want something done about it. make sure you tell them that you have already asked him to leave you alone.

Two options (as I see it):
1) Whoop him good. Real good.
2) Tell a teacher or administrator.
Personally, I'd tell a teacher or somebody and let them sort it out.
Of course, if you really want to mess with him, tell all his friends that he's a homicidal poofter. (That is, unless his friends are just a crazy.)
