The correct term is "Contrarian or Devil's Advocate". This is someone who will disagree just to get the other person to argue.

You seem to be looking for a descriptive adjective.

"Contrary" if the person is just that way and is not disagreeing to pick a fight.

"Provoking" if the person is disagreeing into order to pick a fight.
