Dry and/or greasy skin due to poor oil composition of the skin. Thick greasy oils clog pores, lack of oil leads to dryness and irritation. You need thin oils to moisturize while dissolving and clearing gunk in your poors. Try fish oil or seafood. 2 tsp fish oil a day or 4 servings of seafood a week. Stick it out for at least 2 months; it will take a long time to replace all your oil. Any effect after 1-2 days is temporary or random; so even if it makes you break out a little at first, you haven't given it a full try yet.
In the short term you can wash and moisturize well, but that will only go so far. Plus excessive washing can be drying and excessive moisturizing can be clogging. Use a small amount of a light moisturizer, made with oil not jelly or grease. Often that means soybean oil or mineral oil. Mineral oil means mined from the ground. So soybean oil is usually better, though mineral oil won't cause too much harm. Clean with soap and water, not a harsh acne cleanser. Even then they only work so well. So you really need the seafood.
Antibiotics aren't really good for bacteria long term, they'll come back in force after. Short term they may help. After you get off them find some kefir with acidophilus listed first or 2nd to replace the friendly bacteria they destroyed. Studies show less illness when you have these bacteria, even outside the stomach in places such as the lungs and elsewhere. You want friendly bacteria to fill the void when the antibiotics stop, not harmful ones.
In the short term you might also try 100,000+ iu retinol vitamin A (a megadose, and too much for normal use) or one of the acne drugs that is similar to retinol vitamin A. It's some minor harm to your organs, but it helps against bacteria on your skin. At least it doesn't have the other long term drawbacks to your skin that antibiotics and many scrubs do.
If you would like to learn how to treat your acne permanently and regain your health and wellbeing, without drugs, without typical acne treatments, and without any side effects, then this will be the most important letter you will ever read.

If zits are a mild problem for you, then benzoyl peroxide is a decent choice. However, if acne is a real problem, then you need to kick it up a notch and go for something with salicylic acid. It can be used both to treat and to prevent acne. I've tried the toothpaste thing a few times and it never worked for me. I've heard good things about chrushing up aspirin and adding a few drops of water to make a paste and using it to dry out a zit overnight. Hope these help!

Use the product called ZAPZYT they sell it at walgreens and it works great I don't use it the way the directions say to I use it after I wash my face at night andworks great you will see results in one day and really great results in three days sometimes it is sold out but thats because it really works. It has 10% Benzoyl Peroxide When you start using it follow the directions and then you'll learn how you should use it on your skin. MY FACE HAS BEEN CLEAR SINCE I BOUGHT THIS. If my skin gets dry I just use it every other night but if I go with out ZAPZYT for like a month my pimples return.

Noxzema along with Bonne Belle 10-o-6 lotion. Stay away from harsh soaps and exfoliants. Use an aftershave without fragrance. Sunlight helps dry out the skin. As far as anti-acne fighting agents, try witch hazel and menthol cream.

You need an over-the-counter acne medicine and if that doesn't help, see a dermatologist to get this under control. But if the OTC stuff doesn't help by Sat. you can conceal redness by using yellow concealer under your foundation. Dab it on and then pat it in an outward circular motion to blend it then use your regular foundation (full coverage would be best). Good Luck!

in case you have become throughout pimples & in basic terms no longer on your face, you are able to circulate to the wellbeing practitioner & get on a low dose of antibiotics that may help particularly. You physique is going with the aid of such countless transformations precise now it does not comprehend no remember if to scratch it is watch or wind it is butt!! Are the pimples on your back besides? cleansing your face, neck & chest is of the utmost importance. cleansing, firming & moisturizing is extremely significant. The cleansing gets many of the airborne dirt and dirt debris & loose radicals, however the toner is fairly like the vacuum purifier that gets the rest. Then your moisturizer is your barrier to maintain them out. Do all of those steps on your neck & chest besides.. there are a number of products on the marketplace so you might make a call from, yet my advice is Aloette... :o)

put acne medication on at night (2% benzoyl peroxide, anything stronger will irritate them) and try to get AS MUCH sleep as possible, since your skin heals itself while you sleep.
also, make sure your hair is not in your face at night (shampoo residue is irritating to skin) and i would also reccomend changing your pillowcase every 1 or 2 days.
GOOD LUCK

Try Panoxyl bar 10% soap. It will dry your pimples up. But make sure you moisturize after. I like Cetaphil moisturizer.
