If so, how much weight would you want to lose. Would you know when to stop?

surprisingly, after mostly sitting on my butt all winter, i've only gained 8 lb. it's about 4 days worth of lawn mowing to shed that.

No I do not feel like I need to lose weight. I am one of those lucky people who can eat anything with no consequences. In fact, I am sitting here eating marshmallow peeps right now! lol! I'll share!

No, because I worry about my health and fitness level then being obsess with losing weight and the numbers on the scale.

ha. i lost twenty pounds from when i was 15 to now (19). i also grew quite a bit. was teased before in junior high because of my weight. now people say i'm thin. i like that. there is a problem though. i find i dont eat properly sometimes. i'm constantly worried about eating too much fat, or carbs. always watching my calories now. all so that i never go back. i'm living in fear now...it seems like it never stops now. guess you can never win?

yes, i need to lose 70lbs, to be my expected weight. i have lost 30 of it a couple months ago but gained it all back and then some,

I would want to lose 10 pounds. I am 165, 5'9. Ya, I would know when to stop.

yeah, I know when to stop now. I figured out my proper size, and yeah, I need to lose a couple pounds now. I'm working on it.

I never need to lose it.But if u wanna do,always weighting ur weight.If u think it's ok,stop losing it.If u need to lose it keep lose it.
