they call him mrs. cuz theres another jay on the show. so thers mrs.jay and mr. jay

Because he is a she-male. Personally, I think they need a whole new judging panel on there. Tyra and Nigel Barker are fine -- but Miss J Alexander and Twiggy need to GO!
