you need to make an iso file which is an image and then you can burn that image to a cd with software. alchol 120% is a good program for doing this. i am assuming this is for the pc not some gaming station like xbox, playstation, etc.

You can't. You'd need to download it to your computer and burn it to a CD, but you shouldn't do that in the first place since it'd be illegal.

i dont under stand the question. but if you are asking how to burn the cd game go to nero.
