so at the horse race she takes the card out of his left pocket. she puts it back in his right one. and later when he asks his friend to take care of it he says very clearly his right pocket. does he know whats going on? did sean say it on accident? or does he know shes lying

he felt that she put it into his right pocket, so he already knew that she took it out of his pocket and put it back in. if you pay close attention, you can see that in the scene where she puts it back into his jacket, the camera closes to his face and it shows that he changes his facial expression. from this, it can be assumed that he felt her put it back into his pocket.
so in conclusion, he knew that she put it into the wrong pocket.

Sean knows that Nyah took the memory card out of his left pocket. But he says nothing at the time. Watch his expression when she slips it back into his right pocket by mistake.

he clearly know something was up... he felt it when she tried to put it back in his pocket.... he knew this and when his friend asked for it he meant to say the right one... thats why that dramatic music played whein he said it... he baga n to suspect that something wasn't right.... thats why later on in the movie, he disguises himself as tom cruise
