my turtle seems not to be eating. this lasted for some weeks. mayb this was caused by puting him under the rain. what should i do now? and what should i give him to eat?

You do not give a lot of info, but the single most common reason a turtle stops eating is because it is cold. Get the tank or water temps back to the right level and see if that helps. (For most turtles, this is around 80 degrees F.)

Try some feeder fish (live). Condition the water so there is no chlorine and buy some cheap (feeder fish) from the pet store and turn them loose in the water (goldfish are slow and easy for the turtle to catch). Good luck.

You don't mention what kind of turtle it is... best to specifically find out, and then use a search engine to look up some proper care and feeding of your friend.
In general, turtles and tortoises are more sluggish and eat less when they're cold.

well turtles have a time of hibernation if its outside, however if its inside and your shure its not eating then you can force feed it with a small animal feeder, you may also want to find a vet that can check out reptiles

Go and change his water completely and then keep the water level low so he can relax and not need to swim preferably about 1 inch high. Then throw in some shrimp and letuce. Dont worry. im guesing your tank water is high so he needs to swim up to eat.
