Satan is going around seeking whom he may devour and it looks like you are on his hit list. You are either in one army or the others...God's or Satan's. There is no in-between. God wishes for us all to have abundant and full lives. It is our choice whether we grab it or not. If our focus is only on ourselves then it is bound to wear us down. Each day we pray to be a blessing to at least one other person, whether it is a smile, a pat on the back or just helping someone in the house with their groceries. If you look around to see who you can bless then pretty soon you will find yourself being happy. If a person commits suicide because he is mentally ill God has promised that people will be healed and made brand new on Resurrection Morning. Why not choose the abundant life now that He has promised to those that follow Him and be a blessing to those that care about you? God bless you. Mmm

Well, the effects on the people around you would be devastating, I'm sure. It's not an effect which God would want, I don't think. Why would God want anyone to destroy themselves in order for someone else to feel something. I know how you feel though, if you feel like this, and having known someone who committed suicide, I never got over it. This was just a friend, too, and a somewhat distant one at that. I do not think that God puts people in situations to push them over the edge...I believe that it is ignorance and dark forces. Not so much the devil, but absence of light and love which is God. We become strong through love not through pain and suffering, whether it be from someone's suicide or not...love and compassion and joy and interconnectedness is what makes us stronger.

To my understanding, it is possible that God inspire some people to create situations in which they would think of suicide but He also gave us free will and choice to create situations from that free will to which we need to pay the consequences of our own decisions.God does not decide for us! And the choices are always our responsibilities. People die all the time as you say and it does bring sadness and grief to those around them, but we must not forget that we learn a lot from exemples of courage, determination, faith. No-one is spared temptations, difficult situations, impulses, weaknesses, because life on earth is a school and it is up to each individual to grow stronger in health and faith through the choices he makes. God has created mankind to be happy but along the way some of us forget this truth and fall into our dark side of our personnality. We cannot hold God responsible for our choices because this is a gift He has given to each of us, no matter what religious group we belong to, or do not belong to any.
We create good and evil in our life and being happy or unhappy is our choice.
I hope this answers your question.
Have a wonderfilled day!

Unfortunately, I really don't think god has anything to do with it. Depression is an ugly beast. It kills your motivation, makes you defeat any hope of getting better, and can force you to contemplate the end. Whatever the cause of the depression, it's what kills most suicide victims in the end. Sometimes it can come without any warning, even to the person committing the act, though it is rare. Other mental disorders and ailments can bring about depression as well. God, I think, has really nothing to do with it.
The person committing suicide usually thinks they will somehow be at their own funeral, and are overly curious as to see who just might show up.
That's my two cents for ya.

god would never do this, to take your own life is a sin. it's the morons in this world that try to push you into that frame of mind. i guess in their mind it helps build character, and in most cases it does. some people can take more than others but nobody should be pushed to that point. actually some people shouldn't be pushed at all. remember we are all individuals what works for one person may not work for the next

Some things do not happen for a reason, and I believe suicide is one of them.
However, that said, people can make good come of any bad thing.
Suicide is so painful it should not be an option unless physical pain can't be relieved even with morphine.
You are thinking deep!Congrats.

that wouldn definetly not be God,[the almighty] but a god [false deity, i.e. satan]
Thou shalt not kill was and is still the 8th commandment and God does not change His word to suit man.
God gave us athe way to escape from suffering and frustation brought by sin - Christ Jesus. for if you are in HIm there isno wya that youwill laya hand on yourself. He gives the courage to endure and to overcome.
Suicide is a sin in my book, for it shows how far one has removed him- or herself from God.

God may push you, but you still have free will. He doesn't make you do it - that would be your own choice.
