Is this just a preference, or does it usually go one way or the other. Because some women who are lesbians that you see dress like men, and other women are very attractive, and girly. So what do lesbians and bi women prefer?

I think this is about as individual as preferences men have on women or women have on men. I know a bisexual woman and she would prefer them to be more girly than manly and then I know somebody else, well used to years ago (we stopped talked) who was only really interested in the more tomboyish girls...

I am a very fem les. and would never dream of dressing tomboyish, but I like women to be women and wear feminine clothes makeup etc.. I suppose it all comes down to what you like just the same with straights going with the opposite sex, it's all down to what you prefer.

I'm a butch lesbian so I dress boyish, my girl is a femme, so she dresses girly, we are attracted to each other. So I think it's preference.

Lesbians and bisexual women are all over the board in their desires. You'll find some who like more feminine women, some who like more masculine/tomboyish ones, some who like androgynous women, some who enjoy some combination of the above, or all. There is no one single type of lesbian- there are butch/femme couples, butch/buch couples, femme/femme couples, and just your girls next door who defy labels.
I myself (bisexual) like women who are more on the masculine side- tomboyish, androgynous soft butch, or hard butch. They are breathtakingly sexy to me, and while I can appreciate a feminine woman's beauty and sex appeal, they just really don't call to me.

Nobody can be sure. Some prefer tomboyish girls others prefer girly ones.

I like girly girls. IfI'd wanted a man, I'd get one.
That said, I'm not mad at the girls that like a girl to dress like a boy. To each her own, it's just not my cup of tea.

Well, I am minus a vagina, so I cannot answer for sure...but it seems to be part of the lesbian stereotype. I'm sure some of it is true, that's how stereotypes get started, but it shouldn't be applied to the whole group.

i personally could care less what my girl wears but we both dress like ...girls the way i figure it is that some dress that way to say hey im gay this is my girlfriend not my sister or just because its what there comfortable in but its just a guess
