I quit a 3 pack a day habit, cold turkey, over 18 years ago. I was was so evil the first 3 days.

Well it wasn't too bad quiting. I just ask God to help me and He did. Haven't had a smoke since Sept '78. Thank-You Jesus.

Smoking is not too bad if you only have one or two occasionally but it becomes a disgusting habit. It smell up everything, stains your fingers, and makes you cough.
