There is none. For that matter, I don't think there's ever been an AO console video game in the US anyway. There are plenty of AO games in Japan and other countries for the other systems, but probably none for Nintendo. You most likely will not see an AO game in the US because a game that gets the AO rating is like getting the kiss of death because most stores will not carry the game, and if stores won't carry the game, it can't sell.

There are only a hand full of AO games out there.
R is not a game rating, but a movie rating.
There are none for the 64. The highest level out there is M for games that have swearing, blood and stuff like that.

The answers to this question seem to suggest that AO games were never made for any Nintendo systems...while it's true that none exist for the Nintendo 64, there were however nude puzzle games for the original NES - I think it was called "Bubble Gals" or something. And of course, we have all come a long way since "Custer's Revenge"...
Games are for imagination. What stimulates your imagination more - hackneyed simulators of lust which are never appealing to look at twice, or bizarre worlds of pipes and mushrooms? Be a real gamer.

none on 64...in fact there are only like 20 of them period, and all of them are on PC...with the exception of GTA San Andreas. I mean it was re-rated AO after the hot coffee thing. actually, if you own a copy of SA that was released before Feb. 2006, it probably has the content on it...
