I guess we should assume she is under 18? Laws for different States require you to report this within 12 to 72 hours. I'm sure you don't want to do that because you figure you may lose a friend? How can she move? She would be reported as a runaway, then they won't listen to her reasons. If she asked your opinion, then maybe she hopes (indirectly)you will tell. If she is with you now, Then she just wants to hear from someone else what she must do. First offense, he may just get some anger management classes unless you live in CA. It will be OK, just do it.
