MOBILE PHONE TOOLS help??!?

Question

my mobile phone tools is not working properly. it continues to say that my phone isnt connected but it is. i tried using 3 other phones . and i checked if the problem was my usb cord, i connected my usb cable to my psp and it worked fine. How do i fix this. ??? i cant transfer any pictures or ringtones because it keeps saying that my phone is not connected

and also, usually there is a globe on the bottom left corner of the phone. but it isnt there anymore . what does that mean? how do i fix it.

i also attempted to reconnect my phone but it failed several times.

The USB cable that connects and works for your PSP may not be compatible for your phone. I have one cable for my Digital camera that fits in my PSP but it does not work with my PSP.
