Im in a keeper league where you can keep 2 players from different positions. With the McGahee trade to Baltimore, who should I keep between McGahee and Rudi Johnson? Also, who should I keep between Drew Brees and Torry Holt?

I personally like the McGaheeto Baltimore move....he is gonna put up nice numbers there....Rudi is reliable but McGahee is going to break out. As for Brees vs. Holt...go with Brees...He has shown he can put the ball in the end zone with any team against any team...Holt is going to see less and less opportunities. Not a bad bunch to have to chose from though...Good Luck with your decision.

Willis will be the new horse in Baltimore, but Rudi is still a top 10. Rudi has three good WR's to take defensive back help away from stuffing the line. He has been solid and delivered the same results for 3 straight years so you know exactly what you are getting. Willis is switching to Baltimore which uses a more straight forward power running game and with McGahee's style he may not have room to run. And the pounding you get from that type of running may cause Willis to be an injury risk, if not a RB by committee issue.

Go with Brees, his first year was great and it could actually get better. Holt and the Rams passing game have started to fade a little without Martz and the greatest show on turf. He still got his thousand yards but a RB had 3 fewer catches.Tossing him back in the draft will make him the #3 WR pick or sooner, but Brees would be a first round pick as most likely Manning and Palmer will be kept in your league.

Rudi Johnson and Torry Holt

Rudi has been very consistent over his past few seasons and is on a much better offensive team that McGahee... plus he is never and injury concern

Torry Holt is an elite WR which is hard to come by - while it is true that Brees will score a ton of points, QBs are a dime a dozen and there is always one out there to draft or pickup midseason that ends up having a good year (i.e. Brees of this past year!)

I'm starting to like McGahee chances in Baltimore, so I would keep him. Even though he struggle in Buffalo, it wasn't entirely his fault, as J.P. Losman struggle as a QB and the offensive line was a mess. In Baltimore, he gets one of the best offensive lineman in Jonathan Odgen and a veteran QB in Steve McNair. The Baltimore offensive line is clearly better than Buffalo and that offense suits McGahee well, so I see a major improvement for McGahee. Rudi Johnson is on the rise, but he's not exactly Marvin Lewis favorite player to start with, so I wouldn't keep him, even if Johnson is on a short leash from time to time.

WR's lifespan outlast any other position in the NFL, so I would keep Torry Holt over Drew Brees. Holt has been consistent and as long as he's in St. Louis, expect his number to rise. Brees has major history with his shoulder and he could reinjured it at some point, so I wouldn't keep him in the long run.
