Go with your gut. Do it if you feel it will add something to the interview.

No. No. No.

I am a recruiter for a very large marketing co. and run over 15 interviews per week (over 10 years exp.)
You must be pretty unsure of your abilities and unconfident to even have this enter your mind.

You are going on an interview to sell yourself to a potential employer.....what kind of message are you sending to an interviewer by flirting before you are even hired? I can answer that very easily. You are a game player and if you can not take an interview seriously, how can you be expected to take the job seriously?

Charm is something that might get you noticed over other canidates interviewing for the same position as you...if you both have equal qualifications. I would be more concearned about conveying competency, experience, skills, education and your ability to perform satisfactorily in the position you are applying.
If you are the right person for what the company is looking for, your charm should serve as a benefit once you are hired.

Girls flirt with me every day. They bat eyes, lean over, ask if I am married, compliment on my: office/tie/suit/watch/pen/desk/leather chair/art on the wall ....blah, blah blah..... it is all flirting.
No crap....I have nice stuff and dress well....that is why I am hiring and not applying. When a someone flirts at me,....guess what? They just proved to me, they do not think they are as good as the rest of the people waiting in the lobby, they think they have to flirt to have an edge.

WAKE UP.
Good luck on your interview.

Don't try putting anything personal (flirting, date requests, etc.) into an interview.

The best result will involve you getting the job and having someone hovering over you, expecting a degree of attention you won't be giving to them.

The worst result will have you back outside the interview room with a harassment charge.

Take 20 minutes before the interview to subdue your "natural charm" and save it for the bars.

No. It is definitely a bad idea. She will think you will flirt with ALL the females.
That could lead to a sexual harrassment complaint and spells bad news.

Don't do it. She wouldn't hire you. I promise.

It NEVER pays. Not even for females.
Years ago I tried flirting and not only did I not get the job but the guy actually came out and asked me if I was a prostite!
And I was dressed very business like!

It's just a bad idea.

I interview people everday, I am a female. If you firted with me you would be out, no matter what your skills. Plus, you sound a little egotistical in your opening comments... so you may need to watch that in the interview as well.

I think you should be friendly but don't overdo it as it could hurt your chances, if it goes in the wrong direction.Don't flirt or give comments and no unnecessary experience stories. good luck with the interview!

Absolutely not... That will probably ruin your chances regardless of your natural charm. The one thing companies fear most is sexual harassment lawsuits, and you will come across as someone who is likely to get them sued.

Keep it professional.

Heck no. I mean, it's good to go in with some confidence...but a huge ego will impair your chances. You do not know this lady at all, and do not know how she would react to that. It is improfessional.

That is probably the dumbest idea I have ever heard. It's called professionalism... You're not there to get a date...
