really.. i think mine are too big, they hurt my back. i think all you need is a handful, am i right??

Depends on your height and body frame, if you are small and petite then small to medium breast but if you are tall then medium to large ones. Personally I think anywhere from a C to a D is a nice size. Go to your doctor if your breast are hurting your back or do exercise. I' am a D and my back stop hurting once I did exercise.

Mine are definitely more than a handful and I have no back pain. Sometimes in women the back doesn't get a lot of exercise. Strengthen your back with some easy exercises and the pain should go away.

Lately, I have noticed guys saying anywhere from an A-C cup is good. Yes, definitely consider a reduction if they are causing back problems for you. AND they get bigger with age most generally. It has to do with dense fat cells.

Well it depends on the size of you breast, if you have tripleD breast then we have a problem,but I would have to say the best size is a 36B to 36C.
