its hard to say...i dont think they actually said anytime that they were gonna start dating.
i think it would be First Kiss because they did more than just hang out. thats the episode where they were in the car and actually started kissing. sounds like a first date to me. it has the whole pick me up feel to it.

I think Harvey and Sabrina started dating back in high school. Libby always had a thing for Harvey - but Harvey didn't care much for Libby. He just considered her a friend. So when Libby found out that Harvey liked Sabrina she would try her darn est to come between them. Libby was just spiteful because Harvey liked Sabrina more than her. Plus Libby didn't like Sabrina very much because Sabrina was the good girl and she was the smart girl. Libby always called Sabrina a freak. Because she was different.
