2 of my friends and I are trying to go to Disney and we need 65 points for the hotel we need for 5 days in August is there anyone that can sell me some cheap points (at or below $10) if not what is the best cheap Disney resort?

What resort are you trying to stay at? Second, I can't see you gettting points for under $10, since most people spend more than that to purchase them in the first place. I would go with a less expensive resort first, or just pay cash for the difference.

Check out the Disney value resorts - All-Star Movies, Music, and Sports, and I think the Pop Century is a value resort as well - they are relatively inexpensive and are pretty decent. The All-Star food courts have a great variety, and there are several pools at each resort.
