Are women more likely to get angry at their coworkers than men are?

It seems that many women seem to be constantly angry with their coworkers over petty or minor disagreements - while most men seem to be able to totally forget about minor workplace arguments when they go home at the end of the day.

Why is that?

I don't agree with the assumption that women are more disagreeable (perhaps I'd argue that it's the opposite..but I won't because I'm a woman and might be biased) but I do agree that they tend to take emotions home with them more. I hate to stereotype and generalize, becuase few people fit them...but I do think many women are more driven by relationships. Relationships with their co-workers are not something they "clock-out" of, just as while they work they may think of family, have pictures out and feel the need to check in with kids or other dependents.

When one is really engrossed in work it hardly matters whether your fellow nearby is a male or female. But I am always interested to see myself better clothed. I donot mean fully, whatsoever I wear I should look smart.
There is no matter about the anger with respect of sex.
