i was laid ff from a job, from not having someone there to train me .i worked there 22 days.the reason my stated was that he did not have time to train me

Yes, you were dealt with in a manner that would be looked at as wrong. If you would like to proceed with a lawsuit, you will need evidence that your employer stated that he did not have time to train you. That is your case, maybe go back and talk to the employer and get a letter from them stating that. Do not tell them outright what you are doing.

Actually, if you are in an "employment at will" state, they can fire you for no reason and there is nothing that can be done about it, just like you can quit for no reason. You may want to check your local work laws. I think you are only really protected if you are unionized.

WELL, what did you do fer the 22 days you was there...... sounds to me that you did not use the time very wisely. i think that you should hav gottin the program togather in that time.
maybe theywas wrong, but i think i wud hav gottin rid of you tooo.
22 days....... you should have gottin the idea as to how and what you was supposed to be doin ......

1st thg there is no such word called "wronged" 2nd thg ya its not right..they just cant lay off u coz they dont have anybody to train....u can file a case against them & can demand them tat 22days sal + 1month sal.more coz they should give u 1month notice period according to Law....but 1st go & talk to them abt it..
