If liberals are destroying America, but abortion is murder, which evil would you rather have on your conscience?

I meant this question as a joke, but it does present a rather serious moral dilema, in a way. If you could know your baby would one day grow up to be a member of the radical left, would the abortion be an act of national defense?

lol.....i dont believe in abortion, but i think we need left and right people in this nation to keep checks and balances. not all leftist or rightwingers believe the same things either. :) the lines are really scattered
i agree it is an issue of moral dilemna's.
i knew one girl who had five abortions, and another that aborted her baby at 5 months to save her body for modeling.
Personally, i could not live with myself if i had made this desicion. my children are beautiful!

Neither liberal nor conservatives need to be totally destroyed. Both groups,as well as the middle of the road people, are needed in society in order for their to be balance. If liberals didn't exist then the status quo would remain unchanged, which in many cases is not good. A good example of this would have to be slavery. If the "liberals" of the time hadn't existed then slavery would still be practiced in the U.S and black would be oppressed. Also, if their weren't any conservatives then things might change too rapidly and get out of control, maybe leading to anarchy.
However, it is a paradoxal kinda question.... :-) (Is paradoxal even a word?)

Well, it is hard to say who will become a liberal, but what to do. I got it, we can send them over to Hezbollah or some other terrorist organization and see just how friendly the terrorists will be.

A healthy political system can't exist without differing viewpoints. It's possible to disagree with someone without demonizing them. This is called "civility," and it's worth investigating.

That is utter rubbish, Liberals make America what it is a land of LIBERTY and FREEDOM. At least we don't enslave people in the capitalist system.
And not every liberal believes in abortion.
