Go to your doctor or local drug store and buy ovulation test sticks. They can tell you when you are ovulating, which is the best time to get pregnant. Also keeping a calender and tracking your menstrual cycle can help.

I had a hard time getting pregnant with my second child as well. The best advice i can give is to not become to overstressed about it that can change your cycle around or even make you skip it one month. Also if you are just coming off birth control especially the Depo Prevera shot or and IUD, you need to allow your self at least 3-4 months to become regulated again, meaning you probably wont get pregnant right away. Ovulation tests can be very helpful and they are cheap like $12 at walmart, also make sure you know how Long your cycle actually is, they say day 14 id the most fertile but that is for a 28 day cycle which not every women has mine was 26 this does change your ovulation date. Try to have sex at least 3 times a weeks this will increase your chances as well...sperm can live up to 3 days after wards inside your body so keeping the supply high is necessary. Also don't over due it on the sex this can lower his perm count. If necessary ask him to avoid any recreational drugs(marijuana mostly) and alcohol if you are really having a hard time those can lower a mans sperm count as well. everyone told me once you stop trying so hard it will happen, and just as i was giving up i got pregnant I am 19 weeks and it took 7 months to get there. GOOD LUCK!!!

When I wanted to get pregnant, I went to the doctor (gyno) because I had an irregular menstration cycle. He gave me fertility pills. A few months later I was pregnant with twins!
(The pills are pretty much a sure thing, but you have to be ready for multiple births if you take them. One lady had 6 babies!!! That's not a birth, that's a litter. And of course, some of them died soon after birth :-( )

Almost as soon as I stoped taking birthcontrol I got pregnant. I've heard that that happens a lot. I have a friend that puts her feet on the wall after sex to elevate her hips and take advantage of gravity, she's not pregnant yet. Have you tired that? Other then that just have lot's of unprotected sex. That's all I can really think of, mostly because I'm only on my first pregnancy.

The 14th day of your cycle is the "normal" time for ovulation. Having sex around this time will raise your odds. You can get this timing down to a science if you get a thermomiter. When your temperature rises it often means you are ovulating. There are special thermomiters with instructions you can purchase at a the pharmacy.

well having sex with you see that sticky white stuff and when he finishes in you tilt your vagina where his sperm wont come out and lay like that for 5 minutes. if you have a 28 day cycle you are more than likely to ovulate 14 days after say your period is on the 3rd of the month you are more likely to get pregnant on day 15,16,17. good luck with it and have fun.

what I did was we had sex every other day for ten days surrounding my guesstimated ovulation period. every other day to let the sperm count build up. then afterwards I fell asleep with a pillow under my butt propping me up and I slept like that to make sure they all got to the right place. did it work? I'm feeding my one month old now. good luck!

Take some Robitussin cough syrup for chest congestion. This actually thins cervical mucus so that the sperm can swim better and live longer.Follow the instructions on the bottle.
