How do you change the ear hook for the H500 for the left ear?

Hold the hook from where it connects to the earpiece on both ends, top and bottom, and pull outward. The hook is only held on by little tabs that pull right out.
Turn the earpiece upside down and snap the hook back in.
Now it's for the other ear.
