steroids would only affect the muscle growth, not the height. you would need thyroid drugs to make him grow bigger in height, and the steroids would ensure a full muscular frame. though it would never gain as much as kong. you may only get a few inches to a foot. the genetic material would need to be changed to allow it to go beyond its possibilities.

the results would be unethical and full of dangers for the ape and others it contacted.

It's the same as asking, "Can you give a human steroids or GH and turn him/her into a brawny giant?" The answer is no. Steroids and growth hormones merely enhance the body's natural growth, but cannot augment the growth past the growth patterns that is naturally inherent in the organism using the chemicals. A gorilla taking steroids or GH would just be what a human would be taking these--a slightly brawnier, taller gorilla.

uhh no.he would bulk up but never get the height that Kong has..in st Louis mo.when i was a kid they had and i imagine he is still there stuffed but when he was alive he was the largest gorilla in captivity till he died.the called him phill he was a lowland gorilla and he was no where near king kong...
