in terms of color, they're complete opposites. black absorbs heat while white reflects heat. white is all the wavelenghts combined. black is no wavelenghts at all.
in terms of how america views the 2, blacks are viewed GENERALLY as inferior to whites. i guess the reason for this traces back to slavery in that the blacks were enslaved and hte whites werent'- in america. but then again, the egyptians who are african, b/c of their location but aren't african in terms of ethniicity in my opinion, enslaved israeli jews. barack obama sed america is ready for an african american president. i think he's completely wrong. in order for america to be ready for a black president, racism should be eliminated, or close to eliminated. racism is rooted in americans hearts, not all but a good majority of them. as long as racism thrives, a black man can't lead america. the odds of politics and economics will work against him. the highest at the moment, is probably secretary of state, or whatever colin powell was. but president, is really hard. if barack is president, then my theory is obscured.
personally, i think barack can lead america to greatness, but america on the whole may not think so. it'd be very interesting to see how a black man rules america.
if you go to a selective college in america and you see a black person, someone is bound to say teh only reason a black person is in their class b/c of affirmative action and HEOP.
in terms of genetics, actually very little. the dna of a black person is around 85% the same as the dna of a white person. a black person is actually more closely related to a white person than they would to another black person. this is based on dna coding, and all that DNA stuff and i don't know that. but what i said in this paragraph is a fact.
the color black is seen as dirty and corrupted and filithy while the color white is seen as pure, adjective form of chastity, serene, and innocent
in terms of anything else, too many to list.

maximum particularly witches won't use "black" or "white", because of the fact magick is a impartial tension. So there rather isn't a distinction different than the reality that i'm beneficial some (not all) "black" witches do not likely take the craft as heavily, while "white" witches would attempt too stressful to rigidity the beneficial properties of the craft. "Black" and "white" purely isn't a solid thank you to label your self, and a few reasoning for that's because of the stereotypes related to each term. you are able to purely call your self a witch, and that suffices. i'm a witch. i don't prepare "black" or "white" magick, I purely prepare magick. this is a impartial tension--the flexibility recent in all it particularly is. it rather is in basic terms how one makes use of it that makes that individual good or undesirable. despite if magick is used harmfully, it rather is nevertheless not the magick it particularly is undesirable. it rather is all interior the guy. do not recognize for beneficial, yet i think of the only reason the words "black" and "white" have been ever utilized to witches, became into because of the fact on the time they got here to visit, the church had began its attack. "Black" witches have been in all probability those they caught dancing interior the woods, chanting, etc. "White" witches, people who made organic remedies, who have been greater primary socially, and who did not get caught doing lots else.. those words would desire to have been placed out in spite of everything witches have been interior the crosshairs.

Black and white what? People?
If it's people you're talking about, then differences would be gentics.
Basically, the closer you are to the equator, the hotter it is, the more melanin (pigment in the skin) needed to protect oneself from UV rays of the sun, the darker their skin tone would be.
If you want to get more complicated, differences may or may not include social, cultural and regional aspects.
