I wasnt paying attention and I sold a beer to a VA ABC agent during a sting operation. I asked for ID but misread the date of birth. Anybody out there been in the same situation or have any quality legal advice?

A lawyer sounds like an excellent move. Just curious, how could a state agent be under the age of legal drinking??

Don't answer any questions, just get yourself a lawyer immediately! They're the experts, let them handle it and everything will be alright.
