Yes, I like liver, and seeing as I've just admitted it, no, I'm not ashamed. I like to cook it slowly with a little red wine, some crumbled bacon, and sweet yellow onions. Yummy.

I love liver ! and onions, but it has to be beef liver,not pork liver.
