I mean I would guess so because some people do some pretty nasty/sexually explicit things on those sites. All it takes is one bad apple to spoil it for everyone.

the quick answer is "do not". They block that stuff for a reason, you're at college to learn not surf music websites and IM human beings. in case you do not have a working laptop or computing device at abode to try this stuff, attempt the universal public library or an internet cafe.

Fair is relative...it is their business and that can sell or not sell whatever product or service they choose. It doesn't sound like a business idea, but you can always go somewhere else.
