I am not a racist but more of someone that is intolerant of idiots. And I think the new hip hop culture has completely dumbed down the black race and made alot of them into complete ignoramuses. Now this has also had an effect on white kids to but I see it coming more from the direction of the blacks. But I am not a racist because I admire many black men just as long as they are intelligent and not ignorant or lacking basic education. And I believe a reason why a lot of this happens is because when blacks came out of slavery. They were uneducated and illiterate all fearing the government. Now they taught there kids and there kids taught there kids so on so forth. Now many of them became educated overtime because of other influences. And after there schools were modernized they were allowed to be educated by more qualified people. And then after the schools started intergrading they were able to get a good education. Tons of blacks have become educated professionals. And have surpassed there ancestors and all other races. But there are still many blacks that are uneducated, ignorant and fear the government for no real reason. And that is why I absolutely hate much of the black culture which harbors ignorance and stupidity. So it's not really a race issue but more just a culture issue. I love many black people and have many black friends. So call me what you want but that’s my opinion.

I dont believe a person is born a racist, it is a learned thing. I have found that if parents are racists their children grow up the same way. Some become racists on their own through an experience they may have had with A particular race. Then there is societies influence. If society in general looks down on a particular race people tend to follow. It seems every race has its period of being the one on the bottom of the racist pile. I have watched the British, Irish, Aboriginal, East Indian, *****. and on and on. every one seems to have their turn to be the one the public dislikes and for no given reason.

You probably are racist. Everybody's got their prejudices, it sucks but it's kind of inevitable. I don't think racism is always harmful either. Insitutionalized racism is messed up, but if you've got some kind of generalization about a certain group, it's whatever, no love lost. Especially if you're open about it. Let me change up the question real quick: how are you racist?

I'm not racist either. I think many people have prejudices against certain groups. Some people express it more than others. It's up to our willingness to learn, to understand and accept other cultures that makes us good people.
I wish people wouldn't generalize negative qualities to an entire group, but it happens. And I can't make them look the other way. I just have to accept that there are ignorant people out there and they aren't living their life by hating another group. I can't worry about them though. If I think about it too much, I'll just hold myself back.

My family was generally raised to be, but it's something which is circumstantial to any people, and not any absolute limit, therefore any wise treatment of anyone you think less than you is to educate them, hopefully to surpass you, and enliven their whole community by their radiance not yours. This requires infinite respect for their divinely inlayed, infinite potential. Indeed I think all people are better than me, at most everything now, and for this I'm very glad, for I'm a shoddy standard to live up to, even at a minimum: dirt is more praiseworthy than I, and all the gold in the world couldn't hint at buying the immeasurable value of all others.
God bless all.

I'm not racist but I doubt you'll be getting any coherent answers here. Those that are smart enough to articulate why they are racist usually begin to doubt their own reasoning.

i know that its just the town that we live in and its not an adequate representation of black people in general, but here its pretty ghetto...
its hard. i'll try to never say anything racist to my kids...

I don't know how many answers you will get to this question since most racists do not consider themselves such.
