I haven't seen this er episode but I think the singer might be Eva Cassidy who has the most beautiful voice when I first heard her singing that song on "Wake Up to Wogan" on BBC Radio 2 a couple of years ago brought tears to my eyes I had never heard that song sung more beautifully I just stopped what I was doing and listened. Eva Cassidy died before she became famous which is sad because I would have liked to tell her she had such beautiful talent.

i believe it's don ho i 'm not sure but this version is on the first 50 dates soundtract. it's a hawaiian version of the song. hope i helped.

I'm pretty sure it was Israel Kamakawiwo'ole. His version was also in "50 first Dates" and "Meet Joe Black.
