Prokaryotes are bacteria and cynobacteria (Blue green algae).

So first two of your list are prokaryotes whilst the rest are eukaryotes.

Archaebacteria and Eubacteria are the prokaryotes. Everything else are the eukaryotes. Eukaryotes are generally more complex. They also evolved later than the prokaryotes.

The current classification system is called the 3D or three domain system. The three domains are
1) Archaea under which you will find the archaebacteria. These are mostly bacteria that are either methane producing or are bacteria that live under extreme conditions such as high temperature, high or low pH...
2) Bacteria under which you will find the eubacteria. These are the bacteria that most people are familiar with such as E. coli. The vast majority of these bacteria are beneficial.

These two domains are made up entirely of prokaryotes. The old Monera kingdom was divided to form these first two domains

3) Eukarya under which you will find the remaining kingdoms such as plants, animals, fungi and the protists.

This last domain is made entirely of eukaryotes.

Archaebacteria and Eubacteria are the prokaryotes.
Animalia, Plantae, Fungi and Protista are the eukaryotes.

Isn't that just great how PROtists are EUkaryotes, and EUbacteria are PROkaryotes?

The only prokaryotes are the two kingdoms of bacteria. I tell my students to remember that the letter "p" is an upside-down "b". P for prokaryote, b for bacteria.
