From my faith in God, knowing that in life there are tests of faith, that it is not for me to know the reason why and that in the end all things will be right.

During hardship I draw my strength from words my mother told me when I was younger. She always told me to take things one day at a time, one step at a time and I would be sure to get where I'm going. To always remember that patience is a virtue and in time my wounds will heal. In the meantime, try to put my best food forward and keep moving and try to be happy and take things in stride.
When I was little, I never really understood the importance of her words. But I do now.

First and foremost my relationship with God and His son, Jesus Christ. Prayer, my husband, my kids, my friends, reading the scriptures, my church family and my own inner strength that I know is there from the many hardships and trials I have endured in the past and have come out the better for having passed through them.

Whenever I am going through a rough time I pray and talk to friends...it's my life support.
I also listen to music<
A sardonic sense of humor plus remembering the deep emotional attachment I have for the ones I love. A spiritual sweet n' sour sauce, if you will......
