You're most likely dealing with a format issue. Mp3 players view video in Mp4 format. I'm not so familiar with that model but if it did not come with a video file converter, you need to download one off the Internet. However, you need to make sure you download one that converts it to the proper format. Yes, now you know mp4 is the proper format but thanks to the simplicities of modern technology you must also make sure it's resolution and sound format is correct. Thanks to ipod, the most commonly accepted format is 320x240 resolution. This sounds hard and complicated but it really isn't. I'd suggest running a search for "dvd to ipod" converter. I know you do not have an ipod but that is the dictator of portable media and will yield you more results. You'll still get what you need in the end. You'll have to then run the program and let it convert you video. Then, when it puts the new file into a destination folder, move it to your player.

Good luck

If it came with software, you must install that first. Secondly, if you can't upload them through another program like itunes, then try opening it's file window through my computer. If none of that works it's time to ask on the samsung website.
