sounds like this person has had a really horrible life. but thats all behind her now. she needs to take all the horrible experiences and try to help other from her experiences. dont look back look forward. the possible disorders could rang anywhere from ptsd, social anxiety, trust issues, abuse issues, personality dosorders, and so on.
if shes still dealing with these horrible experiences she needs to seek a psychiatrist and get help.

I think the young woman should try not to dwell to much on her past. Because she won't see whats in front of her if she's always looking back, and will inevitably trip and fall if she already hasn't done so. I know a little boy who grew up with an alcoholic father who paid him no mind. The boy was to him just a cheque in the mail so he can drink. The boy was molested by aunt's , uncles, cousins and friends of the "family". He grew up teased, ignored and hated. He to felt insecure and uncomfortable with everything in life. The more he thought about it the more bad emotions filled his head. Then he tripped. His obstruction, alcohol. But he was to drunk to feel the pain. So he started falling on purpose. The now young man grew to realize he reminded himself of his father. The epiphonic thought changed him, for he did not want his offspring to go through what he suffered. He wanted his unborn child/children to grow up happy. So he no longer looked back. Stumbled a few times, but who doesn't. At least he didn't fall. If I were to give advice. I would advise the young woman to think about what makes or would make her happy. If nothing comes to mind. Think harder. Every being on this planet has the ability to heal themselves both physically and mentally.

Emotional scars are always caried especialy when it comes to the extreamity of the experiences you described. the positive side will be that she can become stronger from these experiences if she will embrace it as such.
i have seen that the more pain one goes through the more powerful their brains and will power can be used; maturity can be gained from this.

Reading that story is a huge waste of time since there is nothing anybody that reads it can do but maybe get emotional, which does not do anything but make people around them pissed off at them.

Try to be a little more discreet. Let the reader make these assumptions from clues you drop here and there.
