you mean with the pouches? those are easy!
(you need a belt buckle and a large eyelet, big enough for the buckle thing to fit in, you should be able to pick these up at a craft store)
cut the pouches so that the front and back are each one piece.
fill the kitchen sink with warm, soapy water and wash them really well, then rinse them really well
lay them out on a towel and let them air dry
lay another towel on top of them and iron them down nice and flat
sew them together, however you think it looks the coolest
after they are all sewn together, fold the whole thing over 3 times, put them back on your towel, and iron them again
sew the loose seam together, i like to sew both the top and the bottom
use a hole puncher for your belt hole, make sure it fits your waste, and add the belt hardware according to directions
