You're taking a risk.

The people who don't transfer credits are the ones who don't want to report having attended a school cuz they did bad there. If the new school finds out, they're well within their right to boot you out.

Definitely try to transfer your credits from one college to another if you are changing schools, just make sure to keep your syllabi from classes at the first place that way you have proof on the class in case they say that the class doesn't count or something. If you don't transfer your credits it more like starting completely over and you would have to take a lot of boring entry level classes again.

I don't understand why you would want to AVOID transferring credits from one school to another! You need credits to graduate, so if you transfer from one college to another you want to make sure the credits you have are recognised by the new college. If you have already taken and passed a course, why would you want to retake it and pay for doing so a second time?
