i am totally shaved at the recommendation of my dermatologist. for years i continuously had one or more painful boils growing admidst my bushy genital hair. i tried all sorts of creams, sprays, lotions, and ointments; to no avail.
fialy, my doctor suggested shaving the hqir off to see if it would help. indeed, it did work and i've been boil free for the past three years.
my wife and i have grown to like the look. it's always smooth and tcompletely hairless. the ginital area is easier to keep clean.
we belong to a nudist resort and each year more and more men are opting for the saved look. if it's a gay practice, who cares? i know i'm straight; that's all that matters.

I like the look of five o'clock shadow on the pubic region. Shaving or trimming is not gay thing lots of straight guys like the trim look.

after seeing so many shaved ppl, i decided to fulfill my curiousity. tried it once and am still trimming. I have it trimmed at the top and down the sides, just leaving a small patch about the size of a teabag. i use my beard trimmer attachment on the lectric razor for touchups, and shave the areas about once a week.

Yeah it's pretty new trend for heteros anyway. I like my boyfriend keeping his either shaved or neatly trimmed and he likes my girl the same way. It's much nicer and cleaner for oral and just aesthically attractive. I love the look of nude balls and penis..hot ; )

It seems a lot of the younger guys have too much time and money to waste, so they fuss around with their pubic hair to try to look like guys in porn movies. Fortunately most of them grow up and get into real relationships fairly quickly, and then they have better uses for time/money. It's just a very silly fad, and many women (and men) find it totally repellent to have a guy drop his pants and there's no hair there. It's really freaky. My wife and I both think hair is a major turn-on. It's also much more comfortable to have the skin protected by hair.

Hehe. It probably is in fact becoming more popular with younger guys....It's not a sign of being gay or heterosexual. Besides, both homo and heterosexuals like, ahem, being on the receiving in regarding that area. (It keeps it less messy and bothersome 'during' the 'act'.) I'd say these days it's probably fairly common.

Yes a lot of men do it. It is not a gay thing and a lot of women like it. It is an easy way to stay cleaner.
