Clorox cleanup does the best job for the black mold I encounter in Atlanta. Regular bleach will work but the surfactants in the Clorox clean up make it easier to use. That's if its in the grout. If it's on the tile an eraser or scotch brite will work.

First clean the tiles with the product you employ, then pour some bleach and wipe with a fabric or mop, go away for a million or 2 hrs then rinse nicely. I constantly use this technic and it constantly works for me. my tiles are constantly clean and vibrant. Bleach additionally disinfects the germs on a similar time.

Tea Tree Oil. It has natural anti fungal and bacterial properties. But first you have to find the cause and then treat. Once you get rid of the cause you can treat the small areas. Then you can wipe down daily with vinegar and water.

If you have a huge fungal & bacterial infestation, the only way to really treat is with bleach and water or to hire someone who is properly trained to handle it.
